We ship all over Australia. 

Yes! We offer pick up from our physical store located in Cardiff. Your order will usually be ready to pick up within an hour. Please bring your order confirmation email for collection

If you prefer your order to be shipped we do offer a flat rate $5 shipping if you live in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie area. 

We currently only ship to New Zealand.

It depends on where you are. Orders can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. New Zeland deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If a product is 'in stock' that means it is avaibale for pick up or for delivery. 

We aim to ship your order next buisness day.

If the product is 'sold out' we will re stock that product as quick as we can.

As we only sell perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted or change of mind purchases.

The Freeze Queen aims for all parcels to be delvered un-damaaged. Unfortantly once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, The Freeze Queen has no control on how the parcel is delivered.

All parcels will be labeled fragile. Ice creams will be sent with bubble wrap to ensure they arrrive in one piece. 

Please keep in mind that most of the treats are fragile but this doesnt effect the taste.
